Laser Cleaning

Laser cleaning and laser blasting can clean a wide range of materials and unlike other forms of cleaning there is NO damage to the surface or substrate. This means your equipment, products and materials are not being stripped down during the cleaning process causing a loss of structural integrity. 

Laser cleaning has the added benefit of minimal environmental impact. Using a beam of light, our laser excites electrons on the surface and causes a reaction called ablation, this essentially "blows up" the unwanted layer of dirt, paint, grime, grease, rust etc., leaving the surface untouched. The ablation process only leaves behind a small amount of dust particles (from the coating being removed) which is then cleaned up using our vacuum and filtration system. 

With other blasting and cleaning methods, blasting media is expelled at the material, resulting in a large mess, environmental damage and health consequences. These traditional blasting and cleaning methods also strip the top layer of the material or equipment being cleaned, overtime this compromises the structural integrity of your equipment and products requiring you to replace them sooner. With laser cleaning, there is no damage or compromise to the surface being worked on, it simply removes the unwanted layer, leaving the surface as strong as possible.
